Being strong

Can you tell that my smile is fake?
Can you tell i hurt a little more
with each breath i take?
Did you notice when you left i cried?
And that i couldnt fix my broken heart
no matter how hard i tried?
I see how when i pass by
you wont even glance my way.
But i want you to know that its okay.
Cuz even though i wish you still loved me,
I know that time is all i really need.
I know that all i have to do is try and be strong,
But trying can be so hard
when you dont know where you went wrong.
