Another year has gone,
i remember last year's Christmas day,
i was all alone,
loneliness been usual,
but that day
she promised to be here by my side
i had presents for her,
i couldn't wait to make her smile,
i waited and dreamed too much,
for her i had roses in a bunch,
but as the darkness fell upon,
i fell down on the ground,
and in the moon light,
i watched the roses slowly die,
i laid there that night,
with tears rolling down my eyes.
