Letter 42 "Deposition"

by Marcus blake   Jan 15, 2012

The things that exist in life, to dictate reality
Foolish thoughts from a foolish man
A dream that floats like the moon
How people fall to soon...
Moments come to serve purpose, to remind us, to teach us
Though I've never known of a love like yours, for I've never known of a you...
You appear as fragments never whole, always separated, but forever eternal
An irreplaceable feeling I associate with you
Hearts are gentle things but worth the hurt for eager truths
As if bonds were anything simple, as if you were anything but you
Beauty were the lust that attracts the eyes, but never the soul, never the mind
What day could go by where I could lie and say It isn't so
That I looked at your face and couldn't let go
