Letter 44 "Agape & Eros"

by Marcus blake   Jan 15, 2012

What I wanted as I looked though some old photos of you
As I tried to find a different shade of life
Thinking if minds could really connect
If you knew how I really feel...
Every time I never say the things I should of, could of
Whenever I notice I'm to late to mend, I digress,
Dreams never bring me any closer to you, Desires never do
Days only make me wonder, how far apart we are becoming
The same thing remains, feelings I have never change, like you do
You have always brought me happiness, and a smile to my face
I never have stopped wanting you, as if I ever planned too
Lust reveals the body but the beauty I found in your soul
When I saw a moment unfold like love at first sight
How we introduced each other as we fell into each others lives
You've always been dear to me, something I'd never want to lose
So I Cherish the memory of the day I meet you
