Kids Like Us

by Merci Perpe   Jan 22, 2012

Kids like us don't know how to behave,
But you don't know how many times we visit a grave.
Kids like us don't know how to take responsibility,
But you have no idea of our capability.
Kids like us are living too wild,
But you forget what you were like as a child.
Kids like us are the root of the problem,
But you don't think of the childhoods you're robbing.
Kids like us never cease to appall,
But are we still kids at all?
