Puppies Pushing Sniffles

by Freeze Tyler   Feb 3, 2012

It took a lot of angry nights
And awful fights to get where we are.
No distance too far
Or star to fast to wish on.
Not one that lasts
When you ask what I wish for.
I have to tell you
When the view of your eyes
Is like a vacuum that consumes
The happiest of my life.
Puppies pushing sniffles
And butterflies in your dimples,
With hair on your temple
Coving pimple scars
And pencil marks
Of mine where I've
Changed your design.
I put the fear in your eyes
And the feelings right
Against your tear duct
That fears us
More than me and you.
I keep you in an old shoe box
With my old school lock
That is missing a key;
The same key you sing in
Brings men to their knees,
Puts waves in the seas
While you seize the day.
Be the rain to my flower
And I'll explain the hours
That I spent
Debating a relationship.
