Just a dream....

I close my eyes and lose myself
In a beautiful world
Where people aren't judged by their wealth,
People are tension free, in this world of mine,
Merry and happy, it all seems so fine
No deaths, no sadness, no tears
This world seems so far away,
From my worst fears

No broken-hearted people here,
But friends to wipe away my every tear
Kids stroll around, licking rolls filled with cream
I wake up and think,
"oh, i should have known",
Nothing of this can be more than a dream....

    Okay I think that this poem has potential, but I'd recommend you to change the title since it basicially gives away the whole idea already.
    You should also consider adding some more punctuation because the way you've got it right now, it's incomplete.

    I have to admit that even though our world is far from perfect and there is so much injustice, I still couldn't imagine everything being great and absolutely painfree, regardless what kind of pain because I think that the downs we experience, help us to appreciate the good times even more.
