Mixed emotions

Pain is what i show
embarrasement is what i felt
so many words left unsaid
sometimes i rather be dead
but than i look at her
and realize i cant leave
her for this boy when theres
so much left to enjoy.

I'll watch her grow and be happy there will
be times when she is sad
i'll look at her and tell her
it's not all that bad
look at all we have
we have our friendship
and so much in store
so pleasec just smile
and see the beauty in life
and just once in awhile
its okay to cry
