This just comes to show that, just because, it's not meant to work out, doesn't mean that you stop loving and caring for that person. I really understand that! Your heart is in the right place. This poem seems sincere and sweet. It's really nice of you. :)

Some people are just not ment to be together because you have a stronger brother sister love. and sometimes you just dont want to let them go but you cant have them in your life in that way.

I like how you went away from the Please dont cry , and started the stanzas with something different , and then ended it again with that start, very nice write and again people can relate to it, we write very similiar , mine just cause from the guys perspective =D
