A red vertical line crosses my wrist
My nail digging deeper into my skin
One more painless slit then one big twist
Then i switch arms and i cut again

My pores tear open with a silent voice
My blood flows dripping off my arm
I cut some more without a choice
I dig deeper until i see my meat torn

Then i take a fork to scrape my bone
I scrape and scrape until i fulfill my need
The rhythm of my leaking fluid has now grown
Scraping, digging, painless, yes indeed

    Very angry and painful poem this is.. You let the reader infact picture every detail. The last lines are what caught my attention.

    Then i take a fork to scrape my bone
    I scrape and scrape until i fulfill my need
    The rhythm of my leaking fluid has now grown
    Scraping, digging, painless, yes indeed

    I feel the extent of self harm and inner pain in those lines..
    Really sorry if yoyr actually feeling this way.
