It's such a nice feeling when words aren't enough toward someone you love, even more so when you know what you feel, what you wanna say but confusion tells us words don't do the feeling enough justice to say a simple I love you, I like this part.

"That tells how beautiful and great lady you are to me.
Though I have been a pain in your throat.
I can't stop the habit and addiction of this love we share.

Only you deserves my heart."

This is extremely sweet, it's nice to see someone appreciate what they have right in front of their eyes, love is the free greatest gift that also brings the most joy. Very well expressed.

Also, somewhat unusual; "I always blur my mind with confusion, confusion of many unnoted words" this very clearly notes the feeling 'love' tends to have over relationships, however I'd say that part of it reinforces loves hold over a person's mentality - in other words, the developing of a lustful feeling. Wonderful poem, I enjoyed this allot!
