Grim Reality

by Roronoa Zoro   Apr 11, 2012

My reality is much to dark for you to view
For your eyes will bleed darkness
Take a view if you dare
Beyond the grim peaceful life you live
Others may take a gander and see
They lived those moments themselves before
But stop there and never look more
I Watch as friends go one by one
And family will soon turn to dust
Your will is drained slowly from the soul
And thoughts are less then happy
Take a view another time
To see another loved one fall
One by one you wonder now
May i be the next in line
Your mind says yes
But eyes say no
Watch a tormented soul
Grieve deep inside
In a place that no one can survive
A dark and gloomy path
Hope is a glimmer way to far
In a fading bleak little world
What to do what to say
Words are just so little
Who will drag this soul out
Save it from damnation
Reality sets in slowly
And today is just another day
Sad but true the soul cries
I will tr y and find another way
But maybe only when its much to late
What a grim reality to live in
