Chelsey, This is beautiful, and it shows that as writers we are always thinking about how we would describe a special moment or loved one, here you captured the imagery but also the romance and love, adoration you have for this person.

I myself find it hard to express myself in words face to face yet when I write, it comes so easily

This was my favorite stanza. I could feel the warmth of the person against me, as the blacktop is warm from the sun. :)
