Mistakes

by Kali Marie   May 8, 2012

It's like you don't want this,
As if it was a mistake.
Your face may say one thing,
But your actions speak louder.
Is it me?
Or was it us?
Was it the middle man,
That always spoke of lies?
The girl on the corner,
that always had her eyes on the prize?
The man across the street,
that gave you the advice?
Why couldn't you follow your heart,
and not let this die?
