Still born

by Midnight Vanity   May 14, 2012

Beauty the world never got to see
Killed before she even got her chance at life

Power the world never got to experience
Death became what was supposed to be life

What could they have been
If Death didn't take them
"Why God? What did I do wrong?"
Ask the mothers of still born infants
As they hold the breathless baby
Tears steadily flowing down their cheeks
Hearts breaking from the death of
Someone they never got to meet
All wondering what would the baby have done in life
If it had a chance to live
