Looks of deception

by Jade   Jun 2, 2012

Cloth felt skin,
held so close,
Touch me now,
and feel the most.

Blue moon eyes
gaze within,
Stole my soul,
this, your sin.

Man made lips
pout so staged,
Sweet and succulent,
that to never age.

A matched character
to my features,
How every other behaved;
Jealous creatures.

Days into months
that into years,
One by one,
drops of tears.

Listen to them,
Too good to be true,
Thinking back then,
I see every clue.

What a fool I made,
They were not jealous
Open my eyes now
To see what they tell us.

I have become
alone as I stay,
from what I did,
forgive me I say.

You have become
alone as you are,
from what you did
and broke my heart.
