True Love and Happiness

by Chloe DeWitt   Jun 9, 2012

I had a feeling that it'd be a great day.
Once we united, we held hands under the trees.
We kissed under the tunnel, and gazed into each other's eyes.
The intensity of the moment made my heart drop; I could just fall to my knees, like drowning in sinking sand.
His touch is like fire against ice, water against flour, or sun against rain.
No matter how cloudy the day, rainy or cold the weather, or how fiery mad I am at life,
He always shines his light that casts a bright rainbow as he savors my smile.
As the train was passing above,
We held each other tight, wanting this love to last all night.
I will sing to him a song, to make him see how he makes me smile,
And how true my love for him is and always will be.
To make him see how bright and how beautiful this new life is.
