Smilings not the answer

People are always telling me to smile,
like smiling is going to just take away all the hurt and pain.
Well I've tried that I've tried hiding my sorrows and covering the sadness in smiles
and what I've learned is that when it hurts this much inside your heart always has a way of showing it no matter how many masks you wear.

    So true, you can't hide the feelings of the heart, and it is never good to hold things inside cause your hiding the truth.

    Great write and reflects in mine and other lives greatly

    A smile on our face is not taking away
    the hurt and pain. I t is nothing but fake.
    Never hide your true feelings behnd the
    mask. The only one you need to please
    is yourself
