The Boss

A Mexican? now aint that quaint? we have to hire minorities
well lets see my foreign friend if you respest authority.
I find these applications dumb and rather idiotic
tell me son "do you smoke grass? we dont hire any narcotics"
Dont contradict me, be on call and always know what I am needing
I predict it would benefit you to take a course in mind reading.
Im a good boss, nothings wrong, everythings okay
as you will find when you mind and always see things my way.
Im perfect. my minds made up.its just the way I operate
it will run smoothly for you if you always cooperate.
No need for suggestions or attempts to think of something new
if I feel your opinions needed I will make up your mind for you.
Just relax I have a plan though I dont always show it all
and if you ever forget my name I go by mr. know all.
If by chance a mistake was made and it included my name
you can bet I would do the right thing and find someone else to blame.
Im in control. Im never mistaken. I never have to think twice
and if by chance I did something wrong it was do to some bad advice.
You work for me. I can replace you. A rolling stone gathers no moss
even though the boss might not always be right, he is always the boss.
