Another scar

by Rebecca Bentley   Jul 15, 2012

In the shower I stoped crying,
Then we fell asleep,
And I'm led inside your arms,
And this is where I wanted to be.
But this will leave another scar.
That no one's going to see,
No one will know.
But there it's going to be.
Eventually all of the scars will turn in to one,
Just another sign of love-gone-wrong.
Another part of broken heart,
Another sign of being strong for to long.
And I still don't know why I'm holding on.

Great poem, lovely ending last lines.

"...That no one's going to see..."
    - Loneliness seems to scare people most without even realizing it.

    Wonderful 5/5
