My Favorite Mistake

I remember the times we shared,
Laughing together,
Smiling together,
Talking together,
Walking together,
They are some of the most memorable times
Of my life.,
They were the good days
Where I felt like I had everything
I could ask for.
But I knew
The entire time
That I shouldn't be with you,
That I shouldn't care for you,
Love you,
Think about you,
But I did.
And every time you would break my heart,
I knew it was for the best
That I should forget about you,
Because you were a mistake
That I would continue to make
Over and over.
But now,
Looking back at the times when we were together,
I realize that
You were the best mistake I ever made.
You are my favorite mistake.

    This reminds me of my bestfriend. i loved her so much because she was like a sister to me we had so much fun. but she always hurt me and i always let her. even though i knew i shouldnt. ... but i finally did this year.

    This is good, I like the idea of it, having someone as a mistake but then realising they were a good mistake. This can relate to many relationships we have with people, not just a love relationship.

    I do however, think that if you punctauted this with the correct use of comma's and full stops it would break it up easier for the reader. Then this way you can create how it is meant to be read and takes away the stress from the reader to decide when to take a breathe. It deserves to be read properly, where as now it reads as one over stretched sentence.

    Nice poem though and loved your title choice.
