Waiting for you

by KDG1983   Jul 16, 2012

There's something about you,
I don't know how to explain.
At the airport I wanted to,
self-check myself to the plane.

You told me not to be sad,
Because you'll be back soon.
I thought "i should be glad,
you didn't leave in June."

I know that you warned me,
about our huge age difference.
A warning called boundary,
that I'd like to call patience.

I hope you really know,
how much i truly care.
Forgive me if im slow,
if you dont want me there.

If you ever need to vent,
to an old dinosaur like me.
Just put in one percent,
and I'll put 99 for free.

I know there's enough time,
for us to get to know each other.
Even though I'm passed my bedtime,
and you're two hours further.

I'm about to say goodnight,
I cant wait to hear from you.
Here is way passed midnight,
everyone is sleeping too.

Please don't forget me,
Lets keep in touch.
dont loose interest hunni,
because I'll miss you so much.
