Deaths beauty

by Amanda Brown   Jul 18, 2012

My attention span is short
My heart beats much to fast
My enthusiasm is lost
My peace has come at last

My mind it keeps on wandering
and my focus has no worth
I daydream morning, noon & night
As my soul escapes this earth

I am dealing with this turmoil
Never knowing who to be
Reliving all my memories
Locked in my haze so carefree

I close my eyes and wait for the end
Certain in my choice
Come to me such sweet relief
Death in all its beauty
