Mustang

No longer a bucking bronco, chomping at the bit
true love galloped into my life and horse sense told me this was it.
I became your stud that night and you became my philly
so I rounded up a poem from that and its real silly.
No longer a wild mustang unbroken running around
Im the stallion to your mare time to settle down.
Sometimes we disagree engage in little battles
but the best times of my life were spent upon your saddle.
Rolling in the hay so far in love I fell
I never want to lose you want you forever in my corral.
You took me to your parents farm to see if we would mesh
your parents then approved of me like some prized horse flesh.
We always get along allright our pleasure we commanded
now we wear each others rings our special way of being branded.
So theres no more horsing around when its done and said
I promise you a stable life as my thoroughbred.
