The time ran out

by Kyle   Aug 18, 2012

My life is like a puzzle piece. Every piece was filled in until today... I rolled down my window looking at the place of death. Opening my door was hard enough, then walking inside. The wait was bearing enough then I went up the stairs. I opened the door quietly looking at my uncle, asleep. I came in carefully and kissed his forehead, smiling. Suddenly everything went wrong. He was cold, had no pulse, and the line that meant his heart was beating was still. I had a look of fear in my eyes as three doctors rushed in and another took me out. As I heard the heart crushing news my tears wouldn't hold much longer. It was like the Mississippi river flowing down my face. I left the building staring out the window watching the rain fall down my face. I had known what happened, my only uncle has passed away.
