Untold story....She never felt that mothers touch

by Thandokazi Dlongwana   Aug 31, 2012

As young as she was, still mumbling
Not even mature enough to express her feelings through talking
She was young innocent and tender...
She was once taken care of and that is as far she can remember...
Even though no one stood by her side to see her go further...
Those bed time stories...
Goodnight kisses..
Are the things she never felt.
All the sorrow
made her feel like she had no better tomorrow...
The idea of throwing in the towel never failed to skip her mind.
It feels like centuries ago when she gets to think that she once had a mother.
It feels like a story untold when she gets to sit in a corner capturing all those good old days.
Through hatred and cries she knew she had nothing to gain.
Even though the discription of how she felt was only pain.
As the tears flooded her chicks like rain..
The feeling of her mothers love couldn't stop flowing through her veins.
It all sounds like a dream that never came through..
When she says she once had a mother.
Waking up besides her evrydai,to her it would have been a pleasure...
She would surely have treated her like a treasure...
Pity she never felt that mothers touch....
