The paths

by Depressed and Healing Sadie   Oct 13, 2012

I stand before two paths, the good and the evil.

I don't want to choose either, but I must choose one.

The good path is bright and filled with lush vegetation.
The evil path is dark and filled with bare, dead trees.

Neither appeal to me, but I must choose one.

I see a third path that is in between the good path and the evil path.
It appears less traveled and it is neither bright nor dark.

I've traveled both the good path and the evil path before, but neither was right to me.

I choose neither good nor evil for I do not wish to choose a side.

I step onto the path in between the good and the evil, a world undiscovered.

Neither path shall sway me for I have chosen a path that is neither good nor evil.
