What stands out here is the imagery, it is vivid in parts yet still mysterious and haunting, I wonder what happened in this house, some tragic incident or something darker and sinister...
and I also wonder if there is a building like this near you, or that you have seen because it feels really vivid in your mind which comes across in the details.

I really like this piece...in all it's glory it is actually a really impressive piece

    Oh queenie

I loved this , the vocabulary was out standing and it
    Flowed so well .

    Devoid of noise, of neighbors,
and of life; here, the sun
    no longer rises.

This stood out to me I loved
It , the sun no longer rises

Such a vivid image I got from this

One of your best pieces I've read

    Loved it 5/5 nominated

    Shivers!
That's a beautiful dark piece. It reminds me of all those horror movies about some homes.. there is a new movie starring Katniss Everdeen of the Hunger Games talking about a killer living in a weird house.... also, the last house on the left...

lol, I think you got my point. What I wanted to say is that it drew in my head a movie scene! That's flawless.

    reside."

I love how you explored the subject of a lonely house and give the readers your perspective of it. Your vocabulary just paints a vivid picture in my mind of how the house is like. I also love how you end your poem, as your last stanza kind of breaks away from the commas and short descriptions the house; leaving one to note that behind every abandon house, there used to be a someone or some family who used to live there, especially like those houses in US & UK, where some houses has long dark history. Totally a well deserved win. Congrats Buddy

This is one of the best, descriptive writings I have come a crossed in a while...

Queen has set a picture in my head of a haunted house, with such an eerie feeling, and yet I went deeper within this piece. In my opinion it sets a tone of depressive nature and I can't help but feeling it's the way one feels when depression sets in... The major metaphor left me speechless and I adore the nature tones throughout and also the mysterious and edginess it made me experience. I've fallen in love with this piece!!
    Very Nice!!
