Crumbling life

by Steven   Nov 27, 2012

Never once there was a time
a heart could crumble from the countless lies
romance starts out sweet
but could become bitter
the hate shared between one another
is just another lost in site

a persons life crumbles
when their left alone in this life
hearing voices and whisper
of people who aren't nearby
silence and sickness
the ashes start to fly
as each burning flame dies

humble and foolish one can be
could anyone have known this feeling
of being unwanted or even known?
to watch the floor below them
crumble and wither and die
this crumbling life
from a lost love
this feeling of darkness
all because of a romance
that was never kept on the inside
good-bye and farewell
those words broke the wall on the inside
crumble and fall
drowning and frown
this is the crumbling love life
we learn to face another night
