Her one and only (circular poem)

She looked in his eyes and said,
With him she will stay.

For he is her first
And forever he will be.

She met him once and admired his honesty,
when he told her that he has loved and lost.

Her heart saw innocence deep in his eyes,
She laughed at his jokes and smiled at his tries,
to impress her with a gift
Or surprise her with a lift.

She was falling for him like a leaf meets gravity,
and he was madly loving her, no room for sanity.

They became hardly a couple for their love was beyond
normal relationships and breakable bonds.

People envied their passion for life,
to hate and admire, to fight and survive.

The days passed by and their devotion grew,
they were able to fill each day with something new.

Until one day came along and brought a storm,
they thought what they had will keep them warm.

But as he held her hand and she hugged his vest,
she suddenly heard silence from inside his chest.
His hands became cold and his veins turned blue,
With tears on her cheeks she wondered what to do,
so she went to get a knife and took her life too.

But before death took him and her soul away,

she looked in his eyes and said,
with him she will stay.
