Little Birdy

Lying in bed, not stressed
Closed eyelids to fall asleep,
but that's not how it seems
Tired of counting those sheep's
Cushioned hair gives you 1000 hugs
Night's bulb, fireflies and a snowy owl
stare to believe naturally beautiful
lives on earth

Never have nightmares,
If so, It's okay
Call on me, I'll send my flash-light
packing and sent on its way
Cold outside, rain and snow
Your tucked up inside,
a cocooned butterfly ready to meet the world

A made wish nursed under your rested pillow,
someday it comes true, very true
Good night to you too!!

    ^^^ I think "its" should be it's.

    I couldn't spot anything else. I like the ending. I'm not a fan of counting sheep's. ( :D I think sheep is the plural of sheep )

    Aw...this is so sweet and heart touching, your words seem so sincere and warm which are key ingredients in a friendship. I find this piece to be heartwarming and I totally agree with the comment up above this poem is definitely a 5/5.

    Favorite stanza...
