We speak each day of our lives
with replies and meaningful conversations
shared all around to others and ourselves
but was there a time when we could take words back?
people say "I Love you" to those that matter most
to the ones that mean the world to them
but has anyone ever thought of taking those word back?
when it's no longer holds any meaning anymore?
I looked into her eyes
spoke of those words
meaning every letter behind it
to believe it will last forever
only to find myself
trying to find the meaning of "love" once again
we can say it over and over again in our minds
hear it from others and bury in our memories
but will they mean anything the next time?
when we say it to someone else that isn't the one before?
maybe i'm just being foolish
to take words so serious
but maybe i'm trying to show the ones i care most
how much they mean to me
when i finally tell them the truth
i could love again
but will it be the same as before?
when i'm still being stubborn with myself
when it comes to words that can't be taken back?
people lose the ones they love or the ones they care most
forever they live in our memories or left to be forgotten over time
could words mean so much in the mind of those that believe in it?
when we can't take back the words we said in our past
to someone we once love?
