My Heart

My heart.
Torn apart.
Ripped open and shattered.
In pieces on the floor.
My eyes burn from the tears.
You come on slow, but leave so fast.
My head is spinning.
My thoughts consume me.
Eating through my soul.
I breathe.
In and out.
I am calm.
