Hey GOD!

by joseph santacruz   Jan 2, 2013

Hey GOD! I have a favor to ask of you
I need a little lady..36-24-36 will do.
Used to be such an abundance of ladies
tripping over each other on all of my paydays.
But please not a woman who brandishes a whip
or a flawless porecelain doll on her own ego trip.
Its been a long time since my beds been full
or over my eyes shes pulled the wool.
Hey GOD! Im just a simple man
I need a good woman I know you understand.
My hungry hearts been on a two year fast
Knowing you like I do
I hope you saved the best for last(probably not)
Dont need Ferraris dont need gold
I only want my woman: this worlds so cold.
Voyagers to Mars and televisions one inch thick
when I ask for woman, you act like a *ick
I promised my hand a shiny wedding ring
So i'll do things your way and see what that will bring.
Hey GOD! Im so blue and lonely
dont want to go through MY life as the one and only.
Im just salt looking for pepper
sometimes you make me feel like a leper.
She will be smooth since Im so rough
Hey GOD! havent I suffered enough?
Add to my life a little refinement
only you can take away my hearts solitary conefinement.
Im so cold but she will be so warm
after all a man and woman, isnt that the norm?
I give and give but rarely take
Hey GOD! this year how about a break?
This one thing I ask (beg) for myself
I dont want to be a cranky old man stuck on some shelf.
Hey GOD! I agree some fine things were laid on my table
but my young foolish heart just wasnt able.
Hey GOD! hurry and end this barren curse
or the only woman in my life will be my convalescent home nurse!
