Something to say...

I was sitting here thinking about,
something to say.
something to tell you,
why I feel this way.

I could send you chocolates, balloons, or a candy mix
but then I thought, "what is this? 1956?”
I could give you Lilly’s, wild flowers, or even a Rose,
But I think I'm interested in more than just your nose.

How about something more modern,
like a nice E-card.
Oh, but, there are so many,
Picking just one is really hard.

I want to say something,
you just can't miss,
What could it possibly be?
We haven't even had "our first kiss"!

What should I do?
What will I say?
(I really should just get this out of the way}.

I had fun last night,
I hope you did too.
and I suppose you found out,
something I already knew.

But most of all,
I guess...
