Diary of a Madman

by Jordyn C Gill   Jan 24, 2013

They think i'm mad, incredibly insane, yet the only thing wrong is my unbearable pain, pain of longing, pain of sorrow, simply pleading, dreaming of waking up next to her tomorrow,

though my circumstance is dire, the only thing i feel is a fire, a fire of passion, a fire of love, a fire that is envied by those in a world above, she is my reason to live, my reason to fight, the only thing I dream of day and night,

I miss her voice, her laugh, her smile, I miss the hugs, and kisses, and the warmth she gives my heart all the while,

They are right, I am insane, for without her, I am nothing, I can already hear the shadows mock my pain in the night,

I scream for them to leave as I search for my blade, for they will mock me no more, as I lie here bleeding, screaming on the floor,

That night i drew my last breath, leaving only the warmth in my chest, my last words are of vital importance, I cried her name, then my life waned,
