Are to me like rain and wind
The city is wild

    No doubt, the city is wild.
    I think your aim was to say that there is some type of storm going on with the rain and the wind, and that the same happens with cars.
    The do go fast don't they?

    This is lovely. It feels like, because you live in a city, this is your natural habitat.

    The city is wild

    ^This makes it sound like the city is your Amazon. I love it.

    The cars passing by
    Is to me like rain and wind

    ^And these are the birds and the animals that you hear, or that cross your path. This is a terrific metaphor. I doubt I'll ever cross something like this again. Very creative.
