Leave

by Dakota   Feb 28, 2013

Dear Death,

My happiness leaves,
Bringing sorrow and despair,
And depression comes,
Saying No-one will care.

I don't know what to do,
Sitting here wondering why,
My heart is constantly hurt,
and my life is just drifting by.

This is going too far,
My pain beyond belief,
I wish it would end,
Death would be a relief.

Just meet me where I sit,
and to you I will gladly greet,
The pain will suddenly leave,
Bringing happiness when we meet.

Sincerely, Dakota B.
