Have You the Love?

by Daylight Lucidity   Mar 18, 2013

Little do you know, my feelings grow strong
You don't know me, I don't know you
But I know my love is true
Can you really be only so far?
I want you, truly, but I can't
People might be hurt, but at what cost?
My own heartache and longing?
But rather my heartbreak, face it I cant.
Love knows no bounds
Only the strength of itself
Upon what grounds
Would I reach out for you, possibly going through hell?
Is there a promise we'd fall in the deepest of loves,
A promise of passion, heated as if fire
Or would I be met with a fathomless heartbreak's pain
And of that, I have tired.
So tell me truly,
Have you the love that I desire, honestly?
