Hole lot of nothing

A naive Pollyana looking for the American dream
when my opinion seeps out you get the american scream.
Always enough in the melting pot for one with ambition and wishes
A dirty empty pot is what I got with a huge stack of dirty dishes. (trillions Im told!)
america-the land of milk and honey- no longer applies
somewhere someplace some greedy bastards hoarding the whole supply
Im pressing on as fast as I can to try and get my fill
even as Im going down everythings uphill.
Barebones essential budget still my debt keeps mounting
No more tired political jargon we need some Jewish accountants.
An argument with those that have. I can never win it
my grasp on my reality....a wallet with nothing in it.
Discouraged and penniless.will it end this way?
I never heard no stinkin' tune but I have the piper to pay.
Wicked fat banker says "chin up Joe its just a stroke of bad luck"
for sure someones getting stroked. I just didnt fall off the turnip truck.
my purple mountains majesty above the fruited plane
this seems lost as i continue to search in vain.
(my piggy banks not broken, its only a bad sprain)
Do i fight for whats been lost? any brave man would
as i get the short end of the stick waitng for robin Hood.
all new constructions stalled.except for building resentments
I didnt even have the luxury of making bad investments.
@#%$% crooks, thousand shoes, solid gold toilet paper holders
as my lady liberty goes missing, I just know somebody stole her.
Forecast for this entangled puppet?rich creep will choose
my logical cool head wont always prevail when I got nothing to lose.
Its not to late to restore the dream American
theres going to be some "poor" ole rich folks when it hits the fan.
I should flee from this state, really I should scram
recently in broad daylight someone mugged my uncle Sam!
