Rain Shattered

by Renegade Angel   Mar 21, 2013

The glowing and glistening drops I see.

Beauty, I want to be!

Each day, inside, the monster
Grows...

Lost Inside these walls

The pouring rain, slides down the window pane.

Accursed beaity outside these walls.

I surround myself in the depths of the dark rain dew

Each day
that rain coaxes me close
closer into the dark, mournful seas

Temptation, day by day,
the rain can no longer soothe!

I love the feel of darkness in this poem.
Don't give in to the monster. 5/5
