Man Is Evil

I am empty and tired
I can describe no more eloquently
I'm finished with all these sugarcoated lies
I'm done with all this insanity

My stomach churns from all the hate I see in this world
My mind spins from all the merciless manipulation
All the malicious speculation
All the mindless temptation
Is it merely an aberration from love?
All I see is push and shove
And kick and steal
And suck the blood until there is no more
Man is an apathetic creation
Whom I can only abhor

Man is a toxically deceptive machine
Who does more to destroy his fellow brother
Than he ever tried to care for his own mother
He is an epidemic
Put him on strict quarantine

I admit
I fear spiders and snakes
And all that crawls and slithers
But Man
Is the only evil that is present in all your hithers and thithers

So be cautious children
And remember
Fear not that which openly reveals its malevolence
But rather that which preaches kindness
And conspires for your downfall underneath the surface
