Picking you flowers

by jacob wylde   Apr 22, 2013

I'd love to pick you flowers.
My hard-hearted towers
are losing all their powers.
We could share a tub,
or we could share showers.
We could take a walk,
or we could talk for hours.

Now i'm far from apprehensive,
to let down my defences.
You've awakened all my senses.
I'm seeing white picket fences.

And they say that love is just....
And in this darkened world, loves a must.
Behind my screams a yearning lust.
My hearts on my sleeve, and its pumping trust.

They say not to rush.
But trying to stop a crush
is like trying to make a screamer hush.

Your beautys quite enticing.
The worlds a cake and your the icing.
My life was dull untill you, i sing.

And i just wanted to let you know,
that i got your back, go head and let go.
Take a deep breathe, and let your heart grow.

Your a very special girl,
in my own special world.
Some have ugly rocks, i have a shiny pearl.
