It is not easy and not fair

by Ole Carsten   May 2, 2013

I'm a piece of clothes,
No I'm two pieces of clothes,
Not much that I'm used,
Only in summertime, sadly.

I'm in my opinion,
A bit cute and sexy,
Even I'm made to cover,
As less a possible.

Even I don't have arms,
I can wrap myself around you,
Even kiss your neck,
And you tie me not to fall.

Often I feel you abandon me,
Leaving me alone in the sun,
While you prefer nothing,
I wish I could change colors.

It is not easy to lie alone,
In the hot sun exposed,
I like to swim,
I'm made for that.

But you are playing in the sea,
Naked, not any string you have,
Playing in the waves,
I long for playing with you.

Even I'm made from fabric,
I have feelings build in,
I long for covering you,
Please wear me from time to time.

This makes my heart go out to my lonely swimwear. I like it a lot.
