A secret place
Is where I hide
Where no one remembers
Their pain inside

Knowing your real
Gets me through the day
I don't know how to go back
I can't find the way

I hear you
In my head
I feel you
I'm not dead

I may look numb
And I may not feel
But time can change that
You can help heal

You whisper from outside
"Come to me."
I search for you everywhere
Yet I cannot see

I'm trapped here
Starving for you
Death catches up to me
I die, not knowing what else to do
