As I watch you sleep
Thoughts overload my mind
And it cuts really deep

I feel pain every second
Every minute, everyday

But this one's here to stay

Time cannot fix
What has happend to my heart
Your lies and your secrets
Have torn my heart apart

Love keeps me with you
But pain keeps me distant
Lack of trust pushes us away
There is always resistance
