Boyfriend Wanted

Must love Black and White Films,
Listening to thunderstorms,
Reciting Annabel Lee
And taking pictures together.

No specific height,
Shoe style,
Favorite ninja turtle
Or political affiliation required,
But would love a kind hearted individual.

Narcissists,
Atheists,
And Biberlers
Need not apply.

Slim body types, glasses and skinny ties a plus.

Any similarity in appearance, mentality or fashion sense
To Ricky Ricardo,
Alex/Chris McCandless,
Or Achilles are aboveboard welcome.

I am dubious of Felons, politicians and midgets
But do not want to rule them out entirely.

Must be tolerant of shower singing,
Slap stick humor,
Book signings
And obsessive daydreaming.

I often talk low,
Eat chocolate with everything
And have a slight addiction to nail polish.

I prefer sideways cuddling,
Playing footsies,
Yellow Lilies
And white wine.

All I want are midday hugs,
Reciprocity of funny faces
And midnight highway drives.

    This poem is cute. However, I can't tell if some places are sarcastic or all of it is. But, maybe that is due to me not knowing you. In the case where you speak of Achilles, I assumed you were speaking of the Greek Achilles with the heel and such. Perhaps I am not understanding, as I said, because I don't know you, but he is brutal. After he killed Hector, he dishonored him by dragging him around in his chariot through the dirt and kept Hector's body from his family -- I'm not sure what part one would welcome of his mentality, appearance or fashion sense. Haha, that's why I'm having difficulty with this poem. Clarification would be helpful..
