And they'll look at her and they'll wonder why
They think its cause she's being melodramatic
She wants to be thin
Who doesn't?
She just took it one step to far
But they don't see what's inside, how she feels she's not okay
She needs to do this
She wants help but she doesn't want to quit
She's so sad sometimes
She gets so angry
Its all to much
Its not healthy
Its destroying her
And she knows she's hurting herself
But it helps her it stops what she feels it gives her release
She needs help
She cant stop
Shes making herself ill
Shes not ready to quit
