Rain at night

The clouds gathered,
Unexpected darkness,
The rain was pouring,
Lightning flashed the room,
I froze each time.

I whispered for love,
Hoping for your arms,
Sad the only companion,
Were my tears running?
They were running on my pillow.

Dreaming in thunder,
Creates nightly demons,
I saw the moon again,
The worst is over,
The skies are leaving.

My mind is easy,
The thoughts are lighter,
My heart down on normal,

Green meadows,
The forest has green leafs,
The birds are singing,
