Pushed Beyond My Limits

These horrors I've been through
Never being able to feel safe
Waking in the middle of the night
Reliving those horrible moments
Over and over again
When I look in the mirror
I see someone who was pushed
Far beyond his breaking point
Whose soul is shattered
Into a million pieces
Being violated in that way
Is something that I wouldn't
Wish to my worst enemy
For that kind of pain
Is impossible to bear alone
Only with the help of my friends
Can I hope to mend my soul
